I have had limited experience with building projects so I was somewhat apprehensive and unsure as to what to expect but Mark’s customer service and attention to detail were evident right before I even committed to the renovation project.

The initial meetings I had with him gave me the confidence to go with Mark’s input into some of the design elements and finishing touches. His advice right from pre-start to completion were ‘spot on’ and the finished result is beyond my expectations. The quality of work shows and visitors to my home often comment on this and want to know who my builder was.

Throughout the project, Mark explained the construction process to me in layman’s terms and his attention to detail and updates to keep me in the loop were brilliant. He was mindful of my busy schedule, often meeting me after hours or on the weekend but also sent regular electronic updates so I felt really up to date on progress so no nasty surprises either on cost or upcoming work. His staff and sub trades were prompt, courteous, on-time and the site maintained tidy and safe during all stages of the project. Mark’s willingness to listen to my concerns and to undertake other small maintenance jobs for me that was not part of the original contract has made the renovation very successful.

I have engaged Insideout Building to carry out a substantial alteration and addition project in City Beach. The project was complex, involving significant modification, restoration and renovation of an existing dwelling, construction of a new wing.
